My Best things! Appts. had v. efficient aircon! Staff first class with 1 or 2 speaking good english (in a non english speaking area of Spain). Rooms very spacious and all apartments have a decent sized balcony. Parking for cars mostly under cover - a must in the summer heat. Apartments cleaned daily and towels cleaned daily (if required). Good fridge/hobb/cooker and plenty of space in the kitchen area. Lovely big pool around the corner from the appts. Beds great. All told we would be v happy to stay there again..

Kitchen implements basic - no sharp knife for example. No wash-up liq or cleaning implement but did have a good airer. Settee was a bit tatty + uncomfortable. Conversely the bed was basic but v. comfortable. Whole decor is 'basic' but I'm assured by UK friend now resident in Valencia that this is 'standard' in Spain (it wan't a problem for us). Siesta on pool opening hours (but there was a lifeguard).

The apartment was ok,very clean, the kitchen was well equiped. The location is in a quiet village, the beach is 200m away and the nearest train staion about 5min drive away.

The walls are too thin, all the noises can be heard. In the living room wasn't possible to sleep - the fridge was very old and noisy. Also, a car is absolutely neccesary to get here and to the surroundings (train station, supermarket).

Very quiet location close to a beach. Apartments with kitchen and spacious balcony with a little bit of seaview. Nearby old town of Sagunto and castles worth visiting.

Very secluded area, at least in April/May. Not everything working in the appartment (cooker, only one electric burner working)

Despite the description on Booked.net it is not a 5 min walk from the town centre, but a 15 min drive !! Hot water lasts 5mins, after which you need to wait 30 mins for the tank to heat up again. Reception unmanned 19.00 to 09.00, bar closed at 20.00.

Spacious apartment; free parking; very close to uncrowded beach; 5 minute drive to Les Valls railway station (with free parking) that was a pleasant 40 minute train ride to the centre of Valencia.

The rooms on the western side of the hotel suffer from road noise, but we were able to change ours to the eastern side which was very quiet. Quite a few minor faults with things in the apartment that would have only taken very minor maintenance to fix (sticky drawers, loose shower fixing etc.). It would be nice if WiFi coverage was extended to the apartments.

Restaurant and staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

The room was unimpressive and the balcony door did not lock leaving a security issue. No lock box or safe available either.
